Thank you for your business! Here at SKIN The Body Co we value our customers so if there is an issue with your order please notify us within 30 days and we will rectify the issue. Due to the volatile nature of our products, it is not sanitary for us to take returns but we will view each case and provide a solution.

Shipping

All orders are expected to arrive 5-7 business days after the order has been fulfilled. You will receive an email from us once the order has been received and another email once the order has been fulfilled. Your email will also include the tracking number that will allow you to track your package as it is en route to you. If you do not receive your order 5-7 business days after you receive your fulfillment email, please contact us at skinthebodyco@gmail.com. Include your name, order number, and date of purchase.
